1. Introduction

These Promotions Terms & Conditions ("Promotion Terms") govern all promotional offers, discounts, campaigns, and special deals ("Promotions") offered by Partora LLC ("Partora", "we", "us", or "our") through our platform, mobile application, website, or any other channel.

By participating in any Partora promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms, our general Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. Each promotion may have additional specific terms that will be clearly stated in the promotion materials.

2. Promotion Types

2.1 Discount Promotions

• Percentage-based discounts (e.g., 10% off, 25% off)
• Fixed amount discounts (e.g., [object Object] 50 off, [object Object] 100 off)
• Buy-one-get-one (BOGO) offers
• Multi-purchase discounts

3. Eligibility

3.1 General Eligibility

• Promotions are available to registered Partora users unless otherwise stated
• Some promotions may be limited to new users, existing users, or specific user segments
• Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts
• Promotions are typically limited to one per user, per household, or per account

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

Most promotions are available to users in the UAE and GCC region. Some promotions may be limited to specific cities or regions. Geographic restrictions will be clearly stated in the promotion materials.

3.3 Exclusions

4. Promotion Codes and Coupons

5. Order and Payment Terms

5.2 Payment Methods

Partora does not provide price adjustments for items purchased before a promotion begins. If an item goes on sale after purchase, we do not refund the difference unless required by law.

6. Product Availability

Promotional items are subject to availability. Partora reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or substitute items of equal or greater value. If a promotional item becomes unavailable, Partora is not obligated to fulfill the order at the promotional price.

In cases of high demand, promotions may end early. Partora will make reasonable efforts to notify users, but is not obligated to do so.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

Items purchased with promotional discounts are subject to Partora's standard return policy. Returns will be processed at the discounted price paid, not the original price.

7.2 Refund Calculations

• If you return part of a promotional order, the discount will be prorated
• If you return all items from a promotional order, the full discount is forfeited
• Promotional codes cannot be reused after a return
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

8. Limitations and Restrictions

8.1 Usage Limits

• Promotions are typically limited to one per customer, account, or household
• Partora reserves the right to limit quantities per customer
• Bulk purchases may be restricted or excluded from promotions

8.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent promotion limits
• Reselling promotional items for commercial purposes
• Using automated systems or bots to claim promotions
• Sharing promotion codes publicly in violation of terms
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity related to promotions

8.3 Consequences of Violations

Violation of these Promotion Terms may result in:

• Cancellation of orders
• Revocation of promotional benefits
• Suspension or termination of your Partora account
• Legal action where applicable

9. Service Provider Promotions

Service providers on Partora may offer their own promotions for services such as:

• Automotive repairs and maintenance
• Car detailing and cleaning services
• AC service and repairs
• Other automotive services

Service provider promotions are subject to the service provider's own terms and conditions, in addition to these Promotion Terms. Partora is not responsible for service provider promotions, but may facilitate their display and redemption.

10. Modification and Cancellation

Partora reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Change promotion terms, including discount amounts and eligibility criteria
• Limit or exclude certain products, services, or users from promotions
• Extend or shorten promotional periods

If a promotion is cancelled or modified, Partora will honor orders already placed under the original terms, subject to product availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from promotions, including but not limited to:

• Unavailability of promotional items
• Errors in promotion terms or pricing
• Technical issues preventing promotion redemption
• Loss of promotional benefits due to system errors

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding promotions should be reported to Partora customer service within 7 days of the promotional purchase. Partora will investigate disputes in good faith and make reasonable efforts to resolve them.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer service, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with UAE arbitration laws, or through the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

14. Governing Law

Partora may update these Promotion Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our platform or via email. Continued participation in promotions after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
